The question is – have you got every piece of Sonic the Hedgehog music ever made? Well if the answer to that is no, then you might want to feast away on the downloads collection right here at FastFeet Media as we DO have all the Sonic the Hedgehog music with perhaps a couple of exceptions, maybe.
The extra special thing about our collection is that every file has been tagged, meaning it has all the artist, album, track number etc etc information embedded into the file. On top of that every file has album artwork embedded into it too so each album is easy to identify and this is the standard we beleive music files should be in. I know that many of you have asked for full .rar/.zip downloads of albums and it is something we’re working on….

This is what I’d conider to be the second Sonic the Hedgehog compilation album with the 10th Anniversary collectors disc being the first. What’s great about this album is that, as a second compliation should, encompass all of the more recent tracks which are definetely worth a shout. Listen in to some of the best Sonic the Hedgehog music below, you can also download True Blue: The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog here.

Now this is a rare gem, if you happen to own the boxset that is! The 10th anniversary boxset available to only a limited number of people who bought Sonic Adventure 2 on the Dreamcast received a boxset which contains a special history booklet, a Sonic coin and this special audio CD. You’d be lucky to get one nowadays but even if you can’t you can enjoy the best music tracks of Sonics first 10 years on the gaming scene, also available to download from FastFeet Media right here.

Yep it’s that magic time of year again, nope not Christmas – it’s Sonic the Hedgehogs birthday. It’s been 18 years since the original title was released on the Mega Drive. I’ve heard of a few events happening throughout today ranging from people eating cake that they’ve made for the special day over to Sega running some birthday compos too.
Today we’re celebrating by adding media that has a special significance to Sonic, so far we’ve added the 10th Anniversary album that was released in limited numbers. It is now available to listen to and download. That’s the first of our updates but there are more still to come today, so keep an eye out as there’s plenty more to come today!

Classic tunes from a classic era. Sonic the Hedgehog 1 on the Mega Drive features some extremely well known music in the video games community and whilst Green Hill Zone is an obvious one, mine is Starlight Zone although it’s all good at the end of the day! There’s plenty more Sonic the Hedgehog music on offer at FastFeet Media here (in fact practically all of it!) or you can just grab the Sonic the Hedgehog Mega Drive rip here.

For those of you who have a keen eye, TSSZ News recently reported the upcoming Golden Joystick Awards. If anything the GJA’s are the most prestigious awards in the gaming industry to my knowledge, in fact the awards have actually been going for for 27 years now!
I don’t usually particpate in these sort of voting events but if there’s one to be involved in this year – this is it! Vote for the best games of the last year with categories ranging from console specific awards to best familygame.
So get voting! Personally I’m gunning for Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Chronicles to win some awards because it’s about time a Sonic game got an award and these 2 are the most likely candidates. Anyways click here to be taken to the voting page, may the best game win!

Release Date: Out Now

It was only a short while ago that FastFeet Media were given an exclusive chance to play test Chronicles (Read about it here) and we left with very high hopes for Chronicles. Recently Sonic the Hedgehog’s portable outings have been met with warm welcomes throughout the gaming community. Take for example Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure; both these titles have received very high scores all round due to the fact that both games somewhat brought traditional elements back to the series by keeping the gameplay largely 2D.

It’s not often that we are invited to see the folks from Sega and this event was certainly no exception. FastFeet Media, along with a whole host of other websites that are dedicated to the community such as Sonic Wrecks, the Sonic Stadium, Sonic Yoda, Radio Sega, Sonic Cage Dome and various others all attended this event held at the Wii Flat in central London. All of us were there for one reason and one reason only; to have an exclusive look at Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood.
After arriving at Tottenham Court Road tube station I met up with Dan Dyer from our neighbouring network site DoubleDMix. To avoid being late we set off for the Wii Flat which was a short walk away, fortunately though we ended up at the flat before anyone else with the rest of the Sonic crew gathering soon after. We were then welcomed into the Wii Flat, which is like a normal flat with the exception that it looks like Mario had switched from being a plumber to an interior decorator.

Erm, yeah. This was one of those soundtracks that sorta slipped the radar and for some reason we’ve never had available to download. So now I have it, tagged it and slapped a seal of Robotnik (Not Eggman) approval on it’s all ready to download as usual.
Whilst this isn’t everyones cup of tea bear in mind this is more of a ‘RIP’ than an ‘OST’, so it includes tracks only on the game disc. This is one of the few games I actually remember playing on the Mega Drive when I was a fair bit younger, listening to the music just brings it all back, including the frustrating AI in the game! Anyways less waffle more music, get downloading below:

That’s right we have a rip of the Sonic & the Black Knight game on the Wii. In total there are 76 tracks which is every one from the game ranging through from the “Knight of the Wind” theme through to the nostalgic multiplayer themes. Right now they’re untagged and without cover art so you’ll have to skip through and see what’s what until we get a chance to sort them out.
In the meantime the Sonic & the Black Knight OST (in fact 2 of them) have been announced thanks to a tip from TSSZ News. The first is the soundtrack from the game “Tales of Knighthood” and the second includes the vocal tracks entitled “Face to Faith”. Both of which you’ll be able to get your hands on from April the 8th onwards!
We’ll keep you posted on any new downloads right here @ FastFeet Media.
